As part of Dura Beds Pocket Spring Collection, the Savoy mattress is generously filled with a depth of 34cm and blends a medium pocket spring interior, substantial fillings and a deep sculptured finish.
The mattress is upholstered in a soft to touch knitted stretch fabric cover that boasts a high-loft cushion top for added comfort and a micro quilted finish that ensures the surface layers are held securely in place.
Its generously filled with several layers of hypo-allergenic fillings that boast a high level of antimicrobial and dust mite resistance, resulting in an ideal sleeping environment for allergy sufferers or asthmatics.
The foundation of the mattress is its pocket spring interior; a system made up of totally independent springs that are smaller in diameter, compared to a standard 3″ open coil spring.
Each spring is encased within a separate flexible cloth sleeve that allows it to move independently to the ones around, providing fantastic lumber support.
The result is, the springs only compress where pressure is exerted, creating a more responsive feel .
Although the Savoy mattress is designed to one-sided, we still recommend that you rotate it from head to toe on a regular basis. This will enhance its lifespan and even out the wear and tear it receives.
