Returns & Refunds Policy
At braysuk.com, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are confident that upon delivery, your furniture will meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Eligible items may be returned in unused, unassembled, and original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of the shipment date.
Please note: Any items that are made to order, customized (including custom dimensions, finishes, fabrics, or configurations), or marked as “custom” on the product page are not eligible for return under the 30-day return policy.
Return Instructions
- Contact our customer service team at info@braysuk.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Complete the return form provided, including the reason for your return.
- Carefully repack the item using the original packaging materials, including all parts, manuals, hardware, and documentation.
- Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full purchase value. Braysuk.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping Guidelines:
- For items valued under £1000: You may use any reputable courier. Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.
- For items valued over £1000: Please use a courier that provides appropriate insurance coverage and delivery confirmation.
- Ensure your name and return address are clearly visible on the package before shipping.
For security reasons, please do not label packages with descriptions such as “furniture” or other high-value identifiers.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition, including all packaging and tags.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or assembly will not be eligible for a refund.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Refunds are processed within 15–20 business days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for refund.
- Expedited or rush delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In-store (walk-in) purchases may be eligible for exchange within 30 days but are not eligible for refunds.
Furniture Returns Inspection
All returned furniture will be inspected upon arrival. Items must be free from damage, stains, wear, or signs of use. Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Furniture returned without original packaging or tags may be considered used and may not be eligible for return.
Custom Furniture
Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable. In certain cases, exchanges may be permitted.
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer. If modifications (such as resizing or adjustments) are possible, they may be completed for an additional fee.
Defective or Damaged Items
We guarantee that all furniture is free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Notify us within 10 days of delivery
- We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Mispriced Items Policy
While we strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, occasional errors may occur.
- If an item is listed at a higher price than intended, we will refund the difference.
- If an item is listed at a lower price due to error, we will contact you before shipping and offer the option to proceed at the correct price with a 10% discount.
