Upholstered is a premium damask fabric, the Meadow mattress blends an interior of body-responsive pocket springs and deep layers of natural fillings.
A hand tufted finish is applied to the mattress by passing nylon tapes through it at regular intervals and securing the on both side with woollen tufts.
Sumptuous layers of natural fillings such as cashmere wool and cotton help to disperse excess moisture away from the body for a fresher night’s sleep.
Set below the natural fillings is an interior made up of small diameter pocket springs, tightly nestled together with each coil housed in its own cloth sleeve.
This flexibility allows each of the pocket spring to move freely of any neighbouring springs, resulting in piston-like support to the neck, hips and lower back areas.
To add strength to the mattress border, the spring system is encapsulated in a high-density foam. This enhanced border helps to increase the sleeping surface.
The 5-way hinged mechanism offers unique customised support to all parts of the body, relieving aches and pains and improving circulation and posture.
In addition, the slatted frame is fitted with lumber adjusters in the lower back section, allowing you to increase or decrease the firmness in that area.
