Specifically designed for use in commercial establishments and the hospitality industry, the Savoy Pocket 1000 mattress is manufactured in the UK to Crib 5 specifications.
The mattress is fully upholstered in a 100% cotton striped fabric and combines high-tech memory foam, white fibre fillings and body responsive pocket springs.
The mattress core consists of an interior made up of small diameter pocket springs with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of surrounding springs.
The pocket springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any neighbouring springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body.
It’s an easy-care mattress that’s designed to be one-sided and does not need to be flipped over, but we recommend regular rotation for enhanced support and comfort.
Although Crib 5 mattresses are designed for the commercial market, many are bought for use in the family home due to their strict fire regularity standards.
Crib 5 contract trade mattresses must comply with strict BS7177 ignition fire regularity standards that go further than those required for domestic use.
