Offering a soft to medium support, the Prestige Indulgence pocket 3000 features a unique pocket spring interior, topped off with natural fillings.
The mattress is upholstered in a 100% Viscose fabric and benefits from hand tufting – a traditional process that ensures its fillings stay firmly in place.
Its natural layers, such as cotton, wool, silk and cashmere have the ability to draw moisture away, helping to regulate the body’s temperature.
Its high spring count is made up of 1000 inner pocket springs, with 1000 mini tablet springs on each side, with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve.
Each pocket spring is free to contour your shape perfectly, resulting in a mattress that provides piston-like support to each part of the body.
An added feature is its side-stitched border – a labour intensive and intricate technique that take craftsmen many years to master.
Using high-tension twine and a long upholstery needle, side-stitching attaches the mattress border to the perimeter rows of springs.
This process strengthens the mattress edge and prevents the border from bowing out overtime. This also increases the sleeping area by 20%.
The adjustable divan base features a 5-way hinged mechanism, allowing the head and foot sections to be raised or lowered separately or together.
For added comfort, the base features sprung slats with lumber adjusters that can increase or decrease the support in the lower back area.
