The Rennes is fully upholstered in a hard-wearing damask fabric and is an ideal choice for those looking for a low-cost mattress with an extra firm support.
To create a smooth sleeping surface, a micro quilted process is applied to the mattress by attaching its outer cover to the surface layers in a quilted pattern.
Traditional open coil springs make up the core of the mattress, whilst layers of hypo-allergenic fillings create an ideal sleeping environment for allergy sufferers.
The open coil springs are laid out in rows, running from head to toe and connected on both sides into one single unit by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire.
To offer enhanced strength and support to the finished unit, a heavy gauge outer rod-edge wire is fitted around the top and bottom of the perimeter springs.
The Rennes is a dual sided mattress and will need to be flipped and rotated on a regular basis, this evens out wear and tear for long-lasting comfort.
